Our main office opening hours are as follows

Monday - Friday: 8am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 3pm

Reservations Telephones will be answered as per the times outlined above.

For the operations team (Ticketing, Schedule Changes and Post-ticket amendments) the team will be available via email only during the hours stated above.

For emergencies when the telephone lines are closed, please login to aviateworld.com for details of our emergency out of hours support.

Our groups department is closed Saturdays and operates between 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Visiting us 
World House can be easily found off junction 10 of the M53, located Cheshire Oaks Business Park. Whether you are visiting us by road, rail or air, you can use the below map to plan your journey.

Parking 
Ample, private and secure visitor parking is available at our office. Enter through the main World House entrance located on Lloyd Drive.

Electric Cars
As part of our mission for a greener World House, we have four charging points available for visitors with electric cars to use. Two are located on the roundabout in the bays closest to the building and two are located on the opposite side of the roundabout.
