The groups booking process varies airline to airline, but the basic principles are outlined below.

Our airline partners will offer us a group fare providing the group consists of at least 10 passengers (less for Business or First Class). All group quotes provided are subject to availability, at the time of request and subject to change until seats are held.
We will usually be able to hold (option) the seats for a period of time to allow you to confirm other travel arrangements. (This varies by airline and can range from 10 days - 8 weeks)
At the end of the option period, we will require a deposit for each seat held. Deposits range from £15 - £150 or 25% of the fare, per person.
Around 10 weeks prior to departure (dependent on airline), we will require the balance of the fare (+ taxes) for all passengers travelling. In the majority of cases, the number of passengers travelling can be reduced by up to 10-20% of the deposited group size for a small cancellation fee. Again this varies by airline rules.
Names will be due with the balance at 10 weeks prior to departure. All names provided must read as per the passengers' passport.
We will issue e-tickets and supply all documentation, including seating arrangements and any special assistance or services required at the departure airport.
As stated above the rules governing groups are different for every airline. We will clarify all key dates and rules for the operating airline for each group booking made.
